Property Fairness Signatures Filed

The property fairness coalition today filed signatures to get I-933 on the ballot for this November. The signatures still have to be verified by the Secretary of State but the number entered was far in excess of what was required so we should see it land on the ballot. Hopefully this measure will get enacted into law to help protect Washington land owners. If you are not familiar with this initiative you can read a little more about it in my previous blog post.
